Managing Partner/Co-founder
Mr. Brandreth is a Co-founder of Headwall Private Markets LLC. Prior to Headwall, Billy worked at Oceanic Partners where he led institutional liquidity solutions. Prior to Oceanic, he was an options trader and portfolio manager. His previous firms include Parallax Volatility Advisers, Pine River Capital Management and Susquehanna International Group. He has traded risk capital and provided client portfolio risk solutions. Billy maintains a global network in both public and private markets. Billy received his degree in Finance from Drexel University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.

Dave Tillman
Managing Partner/Co-founder
Mr. Tillman is a Co-founder of Headwall Private Markets LLC. Dave has a diverse career spanning over 25 years in financial markets. Prior to Headwall, Dave was a Vice President at Oceanic Partners responsible for institutional liquidity solutions. Previously, Dave was a Principal at Pelorus Jack, a $250mm Long/Short Equity hedge fund, Head Trader for Passport Capital, Derivatives Sales Trader at Susquehanna International Group, and an Options Market Maker. Dave graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Accounting and holds a FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66.

James (Jimmy) Crompton
Chief Operating Officer
James (Jimmy) Crompton Jr is a Managing Director at Headwall Private Markets LLC. Jimmy collaborates with all levels of management to address the entire spectrum of day to day operational functions. He takes the lead on all oversight and implementation of proprietary directives concerning management, security, compliance, and asset records. Jimmy also designs the building blocks for Headwall’s growing list of investment platform structures. Jimmy has worked full time in the securities industry since 1989, mainly in brokerage, trading, listed equities, derivatives, and operations. He holds FINRA Series 99 license.

Jon Adler
Managing Partner
Jon Adler is a Managing Partner of Headwall Private Markets LLC. He has been a private investor, managing his own capital since 2018. From 2009 through 2017, Jon was Director of Systematic Strategies and a Portfolio Manager within SMG, a proprietary trading business at Credit Suisse. Prior to Credit Suisse, Jon spent the first 14 years of his career at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). At SIG, Jon traded index and equity derivatives on a proprietary basis. Jon received a B.A. in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Robert Nepo
Managing Director
Mr. Nepo is a Managing Director of Headwall Private Markets LLC. Robert has been involved in financial markets for over 28 years. Prior to joining Headwall, Robert was a derivatives trader and portfolio manager in equities and commodities. He spent his early years market making options on various exchange floors before moving upstairs. His previous firms include Five Rings Capital, Sagamore Hill Capital Management (2003), Headwaters Capital (2000-2002), and Susquehanna International Group (1992-2000). Robert has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Warren Dowd
Managing Director
Mr. Dowd is a Managing Director at Headwall Private Markets LLC. Prior to Headwall, Warren worked at Deutsche Bank for 14 years as the West Coast Regional Manager, leading DB’s institutional equity client coverage group across Advisory Sales, Trading, Derivatives and Prime Brokerage. While at Deutsche Bank, he also partnered closely with the Equity Capital Markets group working with late-stage private companies during the pre-IPO and equity underwriting process. His previous firms include Morgan Stanley and Cowen where he specialized in selling technology-related research. Warren received his degree in Political Science from Middlebury College. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 9, 10 and 57 licenses.

Connor Bruce
Managing Director
Connor Bruce is an Managing Director of Headwall Private Markets LLC. Prior to Headwall, Connor’s career began at Oracle selling financial cloud applications to enterprise accounts. After his time at Oracle, he moved to Snap, Inc., leading marketing campaigns and managing advertising for fitness and lifestyle brands on Snap’s platform. Connor studied Economics at The Ohio State University. He holds FINRA Series 7 & 63 license.
